Network Services will be applying a security patch bundle to the operating system and software code on the production LoadBalancers on November 13th, 2025 starting at 6:00 am.

Active service will move from EDC2 to EDC1 running the patched version. If there are no problems noted then the EDC2 loadbalancer will be patched and active service restored to EDC2.

Only one LoadBalancer is being upgraded at a time and they operate in failover mode so there should be no extended downtime. Some connections to services may be reset requiring the user to re-enter credentials when active service is moved between data centers.

This informed will be updated after the change is complete.

Network Services will be making a routing change in EDC that will affect dev/preprod vlans on 2025-11-13 starting at 07:30:00.

There will be a brief outage in prod/dev services at that time.

Network Services

Network Services will be performing software patching on the Unity Connection Voicemail servers on November 14, 2025 starting at 4:00am. Activation of the new software will occur around 6:30am.

There is a cluster of two servers and active service will failover during this change and no client disruption is expected.
